Betty Casino in Canada: Is It Legit, and Which Domain Is Registered in Ontario?
Betty is a regulated option for players in Ontario: the iGaming Ontario directory lists Betty with the site betty.ca, and Betty’s terms say its services are conducted and managed by iGaming Ontario, with Betty Gaming CA Ltd. of Toronto acting as iGaming Ontario’s agent under its AGCO registration. The right website is betty.ca. To be sure you are on it, check that address in your browser, the iGaming Ontario and BetGuard logos on the page, and the operator’s name in the terms. We read the directory, Betty’s terms and its game pages on October 19 and 20, 2026.

Who operates Betty?
Betty’s Terms of Service say your contract is with Betty Gaming CA Ltd., 199 Bay Street, Suite 4000, Toronto, Ontario. The iGaming Ontario directory lists the operator as Betty Gaming CA, Ltd. The terms add that the services are conducted and managed by iGaming Ontario and that Betty Gaming operates as iGaming Ontario’s agent under its registration with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
That wording is the structure of Ontario’s market. iGaming Ontario says a fully registered and authorized operator has a registration from the AGCO and an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario.
Which domain is registered in Ontario?
The directory lists Betty with the site betty.ca. It does not map every domain to an operator, so the check works in two directions: the directory gives the domain, and Betty’s own terms give the company. Both point to the same business.
iGaming Ontario also says every site offered by a registered and approved Ontario operator displays the iGaming Ontario and BetGuard logos. If you followed an ad, check three things before you register:
- The address bar shows betty.ca.
- The page shows the iGaming Ontario and BetGuard logos.
- The terms name Betty Gaming CA Ltd. and the Toronto address above.
If one of these is missing, go back and type betty.ca yourself. Our general guide to checking a casino’s operator, licence and domain explains the same steps for any brand.
Can you play Betty in Ontario and in Alberta?
Ontario. Yes, if you are 19 or older and physically located in Ontario: the directory states both conditions for every listed site. iGaming Ontario says you can open or access an account while outside Ontario but cannot place wagers there.
Alberta. The Alberta iGaming Corporation’s list of registered sites includes Betty, and Alberta’s online minimum age is 18. Betty’s terms that we read say they govern use of the service in Ontario. If you are in Alberta, check which terms apply to you when you sign up; Betty’s site description says it serves Ontario and Alberta players.
How do withdrawals work at Betty?
From the Terms of Service (sections 3, 11 and 21):
- Timing. Withdrawals are paid as soon as reasonably possible, subject to up to five business days of internal processing and possible Security Reviews.
- Jackpots. Jackpot payouts go through a security review and may take up to 10 business days to process.
- Method. Betty pays back to the deposit method where possible and may decline a withdrawal within 14 days of a card deposit. The terms list withdrawal by debit card, credit card or EFT; they do not name Interac.
- Identity. You can bet only after identity verification and a deposit. Betty may ask for ID and proof of address at any time, and the name on the account must match the name on the payment account.
- Fees. Your bank or payment provider may add handling charges.
What tools does Betty offer for limits and breaks?
Section 25 of the terms offers a Time Out of 1 day, 1 week, or 1, 2 or 3 months; self-exclusion from 6 months; and deposit, loss and play-time limits for 24 hours, 7 days or 1 month. Loosening a limit takes effect only after a 24-hour cool-off. More options, including Ontario’s central BetGuard program, are on our responsible gambling page.
What do Betty’s games look like before login?
The home page states more than 4,500 slot games, a C$1 minimum deposit and live chat. The public lobby has rows for Most Popular, Hot New Releases, Exclusive Releases and Live Game Shows such as Crazy Time and Monopoly Live; we did not see live blackjack or roulette tables there.
Betty shows each slot’s RTP on its game page without login. On 10 of 11 Pragmatic Play titles we opened, that figure was about 1 to 2 points below the one on Pragmatic Play’s own site: Gates of Olympus, for example, showed 94.5% against the provider’s 96.50%. Only Fury of Anubis matched, at 96.52%. If RTP matters to you, compare before you play.
What we could not confirm
- Interac withdrawals: the terms name debit card, credit card and EFT, and we did not see the cashier.
- Betty’s support hours: the home page mentions live chat without hours.
- The terms that apply to Alberta players: the terms we read cover Ontario.
How to check it yourself
