Two companies run these four casinos, and all four show visitors in Canada a licence from Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Novatrix SRL of Cartago, Costa Rica (company number 3-102-893958) operates JeetCity and MoonWin under Anjouan licence no. ALSI-202508056-FI2. Metlait SRL, also of Cartago (3-102-911867), operates Spinrise and Boho Casino under licence no. ALSI-202509073-FI2. Each brand opened at its own domain when we checked from a Canadian connection on October 19 and 20, 2026: jeetcity.com, moonwin.com, spinrise.com and bohocasino.com, with bohocasino1.com as a second address showing the same Boho Casino site. All four accept Canadian dollars with a C$20 minimum deposit and a C$75 minimum withdrawal.

What this section checks, and why

Each page in this section is a dossier on one brand, built from what the brand itself publishes: the company named in its terms, the licence and number in its footer, the domain the licence seal names, and the payment rules its terms set for Canadian players. We record where we read each detail and when.

The reason is that these are the details a player can verify, and they are often missing from reviews. Knowing that two companies run all four sites also tells you something practical: brands run by the same company tend to share terms. The four sets of terms we read set the same minimums and the same withdrawal limits, and JeetCity’s and MoonWin’s are worded almost word for word.

Who runs each brand, and what do the terms say?

The payment terms line up closely. None of the four lists Canada among its restricted countries. Each accepts EUR, CAD, INR and cryptocurrencies, and each says bank transfer payouts are processed in principle within three banking days. The maximum withdrawal is written the same way on all four: 5,000 EUR, $5,000 or $7,500 per day. Support is by 24/7 live chat and email at every brand. JeetCity’s footer shows an Interac logo among its payment options, and its FAQ says withdrawal requests are usually processed within 48 hours.

Which licence do the sites show?

Each footer names the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and each set of terms describes the licence as issued by the Anjouan Gaming Commission, with the number in the table above. On each site the licence seal opens a validation page that names the operating company and the brand’s domain.

These are the licences the footers and terms showed to visitors in Canada when we read them on October 19 and 20, 2026.

A licence of this kind describes the operator’s home regulator. In Ontario and Alberta, the province keeps its own list of registered sites, and you can look up any site there yourself.

Which domains are official?

All four brands opened at their own address without redirecting. JeetCity links only its language versions and its affiliate programme site, jeetcity-partners.com. Spinrise opened its Canadian English version at /en-CA/. Boho Casino is the one brand with two working addresses: bohocasino1.com showed the same site, but its footer, its terms and its licence seal all name bohocasino.com.

The dossiers in this section

  • JeetCity. Who runs JeetCity, the licence its footer and terms show, the payment logos, and the 48-hour processing its FAQ states, with the providers in its Canadian live lobby.
  • MoonWin. The same operator and licence number as JeetCity, the C$75 minimum withdrawal and three-banking-day bank transfers, and how the two sites relate.
  • Spinrise. Metlait SRL’s brand: CAD accounts, the payment logos it shows, withdrawal rules and the providers in its lobby.
  • Boho Casino. Why bohocasino.com is the official address and bohocasino1.com a second one, and how to spot an address that is not Boho’s.
  • How to verify a casino brand. The method behind these dossiers, step by step, with a table of what 14 brands state about their operator, licence and domain.

How we checked

We read each brand’s footer, terms and conditions, support page and FAQ, and clicked the licence seal, from a Canadian connection: Quebec on October 19, 2026, with Boho Casino’s terms reread on October 20. We did not create accounts, deposit or open the cashier. Each dossier gives the version date of the terms it quotes.

Details the brands do not publish

  • Per-method limits and withdrawal options in the cashier: shown only after login.
  • Live table rules and in-game RTP: the games open only after login or sign-up.
  • Which of the two dollar figures in the daily withdrawal limit is Canadian dollars: the terms do not label them.

Check a brand yourself

Open the site, scroll to the footer and write down three things: the company name, its registration number and the licence number. Compare them with the operator section of the terms, then click the seal and check that the validation page names the same company and the address in your browser. If you are in Ontario or Alberta, search the provincial list of registered sites as well.
