NorthSpin and WishKing are run by the same company, Rapiso Limitada of Costa Rica (registration 3-102-901768), and both show a Tobique Gaming Commission licence with the same number, 0000174. When we checked from a Canadian connection on October 19, 2026, northspin.com forwarded to northspin1.com and wishking.com forwarded to wishking1.com. Neither brand’s terms list Canada among prohibited jurisdictions. Both cap withdrawals at C$7,500 a day, C$15,000 a week and C$37,500 a month, pay withdrawals only by the method used to deposit, and keep withdrawal requests pending for up to 48 hours.

What this section checks, and why

This section collects brands that market to Canadian players, checked with the same method as our dossiers: the company named in the terms and its registration number, the licence the site shows, the domain you land on, whether Canada appears in the terms’ list of excluded countries, and the payment rules for Canadian players. Every detail comes from the brand’s own footer, terms or payments policy, read from a Canadian connection, and each is dated.

A player who lands on one of these sites through a search result or a link usually sees a domain with a number in it. The point of this check is to tie that address back to a named company and licence, so you know whose terms you are agreeing to.

NorthSpin

Operator and licence. NorthSpin’s footer and section 1.1 of its terms say the site is operated by Rapiso Limitada, Costa Rica, registration 3-102-901768, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission since February 13, 2026 under licence number 0000174. The payment agent named is ANACUA LIMITED, Cyprus, HE 463188.

Domain. northspin.com redirected to northspin1.com, whose page title reads “Online Casino in Canada”. The licence seal opens a Tobique Gaming Commission validation page that names Rapiso Limitada and lists both northspin.com and northspin1.com as its websites.

Canada and payments. Section 1.6 of the terms, Prohibited Jurisdictions, does not include Canada or any province. The footer shows Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Neteller, Skrill, paysafecard, bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay logos. The Payments Policy dated July 22, 2026 sets a minimum deposit of C$30, pays withdrawals only to the account used to deposit, and caps them at C$7,500 a day, C$15,000 a week and C$37,500 a month. Section 4.15 of the terms gives a pending period of up to 48 hours, an identity review of up to 5 business days, and audits of up to 7 business days for withdrawals of C$7,500 or more.

WishKing

Operator and licence. WishKing’s footer and section 1.1 of its terms name the same company, Rapiso Limitada (3-102-901768), and the same Tobique licence number, 0000174. Its seal also opens a Tobique Gaming Commission validation page.

Domain. wishking.com redirected to wishking1.com.

Canada and payments. Section 1.6 of the terms does not exclude Canada. Withdrawals are capped at C$7,500 a day, C$15,000 a week and C$37,500 a month (section 4.12), are paid only by the deposit method (section 4.13) and have a pending period of up to 48 hours (section 4.15). The footer shows an Interac logo. Support is by email at support@wishking.com.

What do the two brands share?

The company, the licence number and the core withdrawal rules: the same daily, weekly and monthly caps, the rule that money goes back by the deposit method, and the 48-hour pending period. In practice, a player who has read one set of terms knows the main payment rules of the other. The details can still differ between sites, so read the terms of the site you actually use.

What is a Tobique licence?

The Tobique Gaming Commission is established by the Tobique Gaming Act 2023, which the Commission published in April 2024. The Act bases the Commission on the Tobique First Nation’s claimed inherent right of self-government and gives it power to license gaming offered from the Territory, including to players outside it. Differentia Licensing Advisory Group (DLAG), based in the Isle of Man, says it is the Commission’s sole appointed Direct Licensee and processes licence applications. According to DLAG, a B2C licence covers all game types, includes five web addresses and is valid for one year, and licensees must offer deposit, wager, cooling-off and session limits and use an approved dispute resolution provider.

A licence of this kind describes the operator’s home regulator. In Ontario and Alberta, the province keeps its own list of registered sites; our step-by-step brand check explains where those lists are and how to read a licence seal.

How we checked

We typed each brand’s main domain into a browser on a Quebec connection on October 19, 2026, recorded where it led, read the footer, terms and payments pages on the final domain, and clicked the licence seal. Some pages were reread on October 20, 2026. We did not create accounts, deposit or open the cashier. Our mirror-domain table records the redirects for these and 12 other brands.

Details the brands do not publish

  • Whether Interac can be used for withdrawals: both footers show an Interac logo, but the payment terms we read did not confirm Interac for payouts.
  • Delivery times by payment method after a withdrawal is approved.
  • WishKing’s minimum deposit: not in the pages we read.

Check a brand yourself

Note the address in your browser, then open the footer and the terms and find the company name, its registration number and the licence number. Click the seal and check that the validation page names the same company and lists the address you are on. Then read the withdrawal section of the terms for the caps, the deposit-method rule and the pending period before you deposit.
