Yes, you can use Luxury Casino in Ontario, on its Ontario website: ontario.luxury.casino. The iGaming Ontario directory lists Luxury Casino with that address, and the site’s terms say it is managed by Apollo Entertainment Limited, a Maltese company regulated by the AGCO and operating under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. The mixed information comes from a second, international version at luxury.casino, whose terms refer to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and do not mention the AGCO or iGaming Ontario. You can confirm which one you are on in the iGaming Ontario directory. We read the directory and both versions’ terms on October 19, 2026.

Quick facts

  • Ontario domain: ontario.luxury.casino (as listed in the iGaming Ontario directory)
  • International version: luxury.casino (terms refer to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission)
  • Operator in Ontario: Apollo Entertainment Limited (C45483), Ta’ Xbiex, Malta
  • Ontario status: listed in the iGaming Ontario directory (dated September 1, 2026)
  • Alberta status: on the Alberta iGaming Corporation’s list of registered sites; the AGLC register lists Apollo Entertainment Limited with this brand
  • Minimum deposit (Ontario): C$10
  • Withdrawal methods (Ontario): Visa OCT, CAD EFT or eCheck, Skrill; Interac for deposits only
  • Support: 24/7 call centre for email and phone
  • Checked: October 19, 2026

Why is the information about Luxury Casino mixed?

Because there are two versions of the site, under two different regulators. The Ontario terms at ontario.luxury.casino say the brand is managed by Apollo Entertainment Limited, company number C45483, registered in Ta’ Xbiex, Malta, regulated by the AGCO and operating under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. The international version at luxury.casino refers to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission instead: complaints can go to it by email, and the winnings of underage players are forfeited to it. The international terms say nothing about the AGCO or iGaming Ontario.

A friend’s recommendation, a review or an ad may describe either version. For a player in Ontario, only the Ontario version is the one in the provincial directory.

Can you play Luxury Casino in Ontario?

On the Ontario site, yes, under its conditions. The directory says players on listed sites must be 19 or older and physically located in Ontario. The Ontario terms of Luxury Casino go further: you must confirm that you are wagering from within Ontario, and the terms say that breaking this rule may void winnings and lead to account suspension.

The same company runs Golden Tiger and Yukon Gold in Ontario under matching terms. See our pages on Golden Tiger’s Ontario and international sites and Yukon Gold’s Ontario rules.

Where can you check the registration?

In three places, each run by someone other than the casino:

  1. The iGaming Ontario directory. It lists Luxury Casino with the site ontario.luxury.casino and lists the operator as Apollo Entertainment Ltd.
  2. The site itself. iGaming Ontario says every site offered by a registered Ontario operator displays the iGaming Ontario and BetGuard logos. Check for them on the page you are using.
  3. For Alberta. The Alberta iGaming Corporation’s list of registered sites includes Luxury, and the AGLC register of gaming registrants lists Apollo Entertainment Limited with these brands.

If the page you are on shows a Kahnawake reference and no iGaming Ontario logo, you are on the international version.

How do withdrawals work on the Ontario site?

From the Ontario FAQ:

  • Pending period. Withdrawals stay pending for 48 hours, are processed on the next business day and can be reversed until they are processed.
  • Delivery after processing. Visa or Mastercard 3 working days, e-wallets 1 to 3, direct bank transfer 6 to 10, CAD EFT or eCheck 2 to 3.
  • First withdrawal by a new method. It may need 5 to 7 working days of extra checks.
  • Methods. Withdrawals for Canada go by Visa OCT (for Visa cardholders), CAD EFT or eCheck, and Skrill. Interac appears only under deposits, processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions.
  • Minimums. C$300 for bank wire, C$50 for other methods.
  • Fees. CAD EFT is free; a direct bank transfer costs C$50, or C$100 above C$3,000; other methods cost nothing.

The minimum deposit is C$10, and support is a 24/7 call centre handling email and phone queries.

Put together, the stated stages add up quickly. A CAD EFT withdrawal requested on a Monday morning stays pending until Wednesday morning, is processed on Thursday, and then takes 2 to 3 working days, so it would arrive the following Monday or Tuesday. If it is your first withdrawal by that method, the extra checks of 5 to 7 working days can come on top. Those are the casino’s own figures; we did not make a withdrawal to test them.

What do the bonus terms say?

The Ontario terms require 30 times play-through on deposit bonuses before they convert to cash. Slots count 100% toward that requirement and table games 2%. The FAQ also advertises a “Highest Win Rate Guarantee”, saying the site offers the best RTP version of games its providers supply. That is the operator’s claim; we did not test it.

What we could not confirm

  • Live dealer tables on the Ontario site: not part of this check.
  • Who runs other addresses that use the Luxury Casino name, besides the two versions above.
  • Which terms and withdrawal rules apply to Luxury Casino players in Alberta.

How to check it yourself

Search for Luxury Casino in the iGaming Ontario directory and open the site from its link. Before you register, scroll to the footer: you should see Apollo Entertainment Limited, the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, and the iGaming Ontario and BetGuard logos. If you see the Kahnawake Gaming Commission instead, close the tab and start again from the directory. Our overview of Ontario brand and domain checks applies the same test to other Ontario brands.
